All rooms feature TVs, kitchens, air-conditioning, and balconies. Kitchens have full-sized refrigerators, stoves, coffeemakers, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and microwaves.

Stays less than five nights must pay a cleaning fee plus tax applicable to the unit size directly to the property.

Guests may check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. At the time of check in two forms of ID are required as well as a credit card for deposit. Check in after 10:00 PM is available by request at a rate of 20 per hour.

Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. You must return all keys, club cards, pool passes, etc to Ventura Resort Rentals. If checking out during non business hours, please utilize the drop slot located at the bottom of the Ventura Resort Rentals office front door.
