Please note that check-in is at the Vacations Inc. main office located at 78415 US Highway 40 in the Park Place Shopping Center.
Office hours are from 8am to 5pm. For late check-in after hours, guests will still come to the main office. There is a lock box located to the right side of the office door. Please call for lock box combo. There are instructions and cell phone number posted at the office for assistance.
All guests are required to provide a major credit card at the time of check-in. The credit card will be authorized for a minimum of 100.00 to a maximum of 1000.00 depending upon what has been reserved.

Overlooking the Fraser Valley, Meadow Ridge Resort is located approximately two miles from downtown Winter Park and approximately 90 miles from Denver International Airport. The Ski Bus stops right across the street. The Rocky Mountain National Park is 45 minutes away, golfing is 10 miles away and the Winter Park Ski Resort is 5 miles away.

Amenities include the outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, sauna, racquetball and tennis courts, game room, children's activities and exercise room. The property also offers coin operated laundry facilities, free parking, free local calls, free shuttle to slopes and towel and linen exchange is available after 4pm at the front desk. There is also a convenience store located one and a half miles away.

This property offers one bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath condominiums. The one bedroom is 650 Sq. Ft. and is equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Maximum occupancy for the one bedroom is 4 people. The two bedroom is 850 Sq. Ft. and is equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Maximum occupancy for the two bedroom is 6 people. All units feature pullout sofa sleepers, living rooms, cable TV, VCRs, full kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, cooking utensils, and dishwashers. Cribs are available for a 10 fee per night.
