- Prior to the completion of your reservation, you'll see a Taxes & Fees line that includes an amount equal to the property's mandatory resort fee of 20.00 USD (22.30 USD including tax recovery charge), that will then be included in the total charge. The daily resort fee includes Guest Services Gratuities, Housekeeping Gratuities, Parking (Valet and Self), wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, unlimited access to The Cove, and unlimited access to the Calm Waters Fitness Center (gratuities for the restaurant and bar staff are not included).

One can relax in a beautifully furnished Caribbean style guestroom or suite, or weave home-cooked memories in one of the charming villas. Hawks Cay features the best full-service marina in the Middle Keys, with overnight slips, world-class fishing charters and boating excursions. Boat slip reservations must be made in advance of arrival to the hotel (surcharge). An all-encompassing menu of water-sports, the renowned Dolphin Connection program, a full-service spa and fitness center, activity clubs for kids and teens, and the most cutting-edge cuisine in the Florida Keys are only the beginning. With over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including our waterfront Overseas Conference Center, Hawks Cay is also an ideal destination for groups and events.
