• Property is currently undergoing exterior renovations through the remainder of 2008. The roof is complete, hot tub renovations are complete, exterior siding is 60% complete, exterior walkways are 10% complete. The pools are open and the interiors of condos are 100% complete.
• Any damage to the Condo will result in additional fees at check-out.
• Dishes left dirty and an unclean condo will result in additional fees at check-out.
• These are privately owned condos and maid service is not included, however you may request maid service for a fee.
