Located on World Famous Alii Drive, our White Sands Village condominium is 70 yards away from the only white sand beach in Kailua-Kona. We are located four miles south of Kailua Village and under two miles north of Keauhou. Kona is the sunniest resort area in the Hawaiian Islands. With the minimal rainfall our ocean stays crystal clear year round enhancing the brilliant sunsets and making water sports a way of life.

Our comfortable, expansive, and central AC equipped 1,010 square foot (+ lanai) 2BR/2BA condo boasts a perfect complex location overlooking the swimming pool and features a premium sized 27' wide lanai with an ocean view. This fully remodeled condominium includes such extras as a tiled kitchen/baths, glass-top stove, built-in microwave, Casablanca ceiling fans in all major rooms/lanai, comfortable/quality island rattan furnishings, 27' flat TV, large stack washer/dryer and pleasing artwork. Quality plush carpeting, a new air-conditioning system, and six-panel doors were installed in 2003, new Electronics in 2004, new refrig./LR hide-a-bed in 2005 and new MBR King bed and custom drapes in 2006. There is dedicated, covered parking for two cars.
